Thrill Mill is a Pittsburgh nonprofit that operates a startup incubator, a music festival and a business plan competition - and this year’s competition includes two finalists from Pitt Law School! Are you a Student Innovator with a Big Idea? Or do you want to work with other Pitt Student Innovators? If so, you should enter Pitt’s Big Idea Contest, which will award $100,000 in prizes to Pitt students just like you!
In Pitt’s Big Idea Contest, student teams present their entrepreneurial ideas to a panel of expert judges. Pitt students can enter one of four categories: Energy/Sustainability; General or Information Technology; Healthcare/Life Sciences; or Social Innovation. The winners of each category are eligible for a $20,000 first prize or a $4,000 second prize.
